I hereby agree to the following terms & conditions of Apple Products Pre-Booking.

Customer can pre-book the device both off line & On Line. The online booking can be done on our web site www.idelta.co.in, whereas the offline pre-booking can be done at the iDelta Apple Stores.

I am willingly participating for pre-booking of the product and, I understand that this program does not guarantee that, I will receive the preferred iPhone or any other product at the time of launch or even within any stipulated timeframe.

Incase on offer of preferred iPhone against the Pre-booking, Customer has to complete the transaction within a period of 24 hours from the offer time.

The purchased device from iDelta Store is for individual use only and not for reselling purpose

In case of advance payments made thru credit or debit card, a cancellation charge of 2.5% will be applicable.

If in any case iDelta Store is not able to supply the product as per customer’s preference, refund of advance amount, if any, will be processed as per the refund policy.

The refund will be made under the same name as mentioned on pre-booking receipt.

The refund if applicable, will be made in mode of bank transfer only and will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.

iDelta reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third party under this program

iDelta may share this data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd and its Distributors like Ingram Micro India Ltd in case needed for any validation of registrations or to enable supplies of products

In case of any dispute, iDelta reserves the right to cancel this registration at any time.
