The refund will be processed after iDelta Electronics Services LLP successfully receives the product.
Refund will be processed on the basis of the mode of payment of the order:
If paid by Credit/Debit Card, the order will be refunded back to Credit/Debit card within 7-9 working days, and the refund shall reflect in the next statement.
If paid by Net banking, the order will be refunded back to the bank account.
For other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque, to be made in favor of the name as in the "Billing Name" provided at the time of placing the order.
In case of product delivery by our logistics department:
Customer needs to inspect the product at the time of delivery, and inform the delivery person about the return, immediately.
A delivery satisfaction note needs to be duly filled out and handed over to the delivery person, if satisfied with the product, or not.
Return is not possible once the delivery person receives a satisfactory note and leaves.
Returned Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
At iDelta, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and secure manner. We won't be liable for any delay in deliveries done by our courier partner and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier partner within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Order delivery will be done to the registered address of the customer as provided at the time of placing the order. Any change in delivery address should be mentioned before the order confirmation.
We are not responsible for any kind of damage done to the order while in transit to the customer.
We will try to ship all the items in your order together, but this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping charges (Whether free or charged) for orders will be mentioned at the time of placing the order.
All orders are shipped through our registered courier partners. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date mentioned at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier partner norms.
