- Once an order has been placed and payment has been made through Pinelabs, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that have been shipped or invoiced can not be cancelled.
- Orders for Apple and 3rd party accessories cannot be cancelled.
- Gift cards, items on sale, and promotional items are not not eligible for refund or exchange.
iDelta takes all the necessary precautions and steps to ensure that our products reach your doorstep in the best possible condition.
However, in the rare event where you might receive a product which has been slightly damaged during transit or a product that has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately.
Additionally, please note the following:
- Customers need to inspect the product at the time of delivery, and inform iDelta of any problems.
- A delivery satisfaction note needs to be duly filled out and handed over to the delivery person, if satisfied with the product, or not.
- Return is not possible once the delivery person receives a satisfactory note and leaves.
Before using the product, please get in touch with our customer care team at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). You can also visit your nearest iDelta store to get your concerns addressed.
iDelta will only accept returns for scenarios listed above. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and is subject to the following conditions:
- The customer should notify us of a damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original invoice.
As mentioned above, iDelta will only accept returns and refunds in the case of a damaged / defective product. Once we have received the product(s), we will initiate the refund process.
Refund will be processed on the basis of the mode of payment of the order:
- If paid by Credit/Debit Card, the order will be refunded back to Credit/Debit card within 7-9 working days, and the refund shall reflect in the next statement.
- If paid by Net banking, the order will be refunded back to the bank account.
- For other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque, to be made in favor of the name as in the "Billing Name" provided at the time of placing the order.
