By Pre-booking a device with us, Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
General Terms and Conditions
- Pre-booking of the device can be done both off line and online. The online booking can be done on the iDelta website - idelta.co.in, whereas the offline pre-booking can be done at all iDelta locations. More details on iDelta locations can be found at - idelta.co.in/contact_us.
- Any pre-booking of the product does not guarantee availability at the time of launch or within any stipulated timeframe. Pre-booking will ensure preferential allotment for available inventory at the time of launch.
- In case the preferred product offered against the pre-booking, customer has to complete the transaction within a period of 24 hours from the offer time. Failing to complete the transaction within the stipulated timeframe will result in cancellation of the booking and refund of booking amount will be provided as per the process.
- The purchased product is for individual use only and not for reselling purpose.
- Pre-booking will be exclusively for pick-up of product in store. In case customer needs delivery, they will need to contact the respective store manager of their nearest store. Courier/Delivery charges may be applicable.
- In case when iDelta is not able to supply the product as per customer's preference, an alternate option will be offered if available otherwise refund of the advance amount, if any, will be provided on request as per the process.
- iDelta reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the pre-booking at any time without giving any reason. Any advance paid by the customer will be refunded as per the process.
Additional Terms and Conditions for pre-booking of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro
- This pre booking enables you to get an allocation on priority however does not ensure availability of device on the day of the launch. Colour and/or memory options of your choice is subject to availability.
- The pre booking receipt has to be produced in original, at the time of purchase.
- The company reserves the right to cancel/modify this pre booking terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.
- Parties agree that any issues/legal dispute arising out of this pre booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Meerut.
- The offers available on iPhone may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.
- Offers will be valid for a limited time period and continue till stocks last.

Refund Process & Terms and Conditions
- All refunds will be processed after receiving a formal request for cancellation or refund
- All advance payments made through credit or debit card / online payments on website will carry a cancellation charge of 2.5% if a refund is requested for any reason.
- All refunds will be made under the exact same name as mentioned on the pre-booking receipt or as per the data captured on the iDelta website.
- The refund if applicable, will be made in the mode of bank transfer for in-store bookings and the same mode of payment as it was received from for online bookings.
- All eligible refunds will take minimum 15 days to be processed after receipt of the request.
